Design double-sided laser-cut keyfobs. Save a profile to continue later, or download the cutting sheets and print guides.

Keyfob Designer

Exports/imports all settings and fob text as a .fob profile file with a SHA-256 integrity checksum.

Rear side options

For incremental rear text, use {n} where the number should appear. If you do not use {n}, the number is added at the end.

Total cutting area: calculating...

Laser line widths are set to 0.1 mm. SVG units are millimetres. Cut lines are one colour and etched text is another LightBurn layer colour. Text uses a uniform base size; only overlong fobs are individually adjusted.

Material disclaimer: the total cutting area is the design size only. Use material larger than this so the laser has room for framing, clamps, honeycomb pins, edge clearance, and any machine origin error.

Fobs

Maximum 72 fobs per sheet. Front text is edited directly on each fob below.

Normal fobs keep the same clean text size. Only fobs with too much text are adjusted, using the overlong-text rule above. Press Enter to force your own line breaks.

The ZIP contains the available alignment documents, Front.svg, Rear.svg, Combined.svg, Front print preview.html, Rear print preview.html, and Current profile and settings.fob. For LightBurn: import the SVG, check scale in mm, then assign cut / engrave settings by colour layer.

Rear.svg keeps the letters readable and reverses the fob positions so each rear engraving lines up with the matching front tag after the sheet is flipped.

Preview disclaimer: on-screen and HTML print previews deliberately use thicker 1 mm guide/outline strokes so they are easy to see. SVG files exported inside the ZIP still use 0.1 mm laser strokes.

Character set: this page and the generated SVG files use UTF-8. This is the best general choice for names, symbols, accented characters, and LightBurn compatibility.
